Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love every Everyday Pet Deals purchase. If it is not the right fit, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be clean, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email everydaypetdeals@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We will reply with the return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back before receiving our instructions.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of delivery. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue an approved refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly at everydaypetdeals@outlook.com with photos and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items clearly marked final sale are not eligible for return. We may decline returns that arrive used, damaged, or incomplete.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
